These terms cover orders and repairs at Timo Wa Computers. Placing an order or leaving a device with us means you accept them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Kenyan shillings and include VAT where it applies. We accept M-Pesa, cash at the workshop or on delivery, and PayPal. An order is confirmed when we message you on WhatsApp; until then stock and price can change.
Repairs
Every repair starts with a diagnosis. You receive a quote on WhatsApp and no part is ordered until you approve it. Devices not collected within ninety days of being ready may be sold to recover the cost of the repair after two written reminders.
Your data on devices
We do not copy your files. We recommend you back up before leaving a device, because some repairs, such as a drive replacement or an operating system install, erase it.
Warranty and returns

Liability
We are responsible for the work we do and the products we sell up to the value of the order. We are not responsible for loss of data, loss of business, or damage caused by misuse, liquid, or power faults.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes go first to a conversation with the owner, then, if needed, to the courts of Nairobi.
