We collect the details we need to sell to you and repair your devices, and nothing more. This page says what we keep, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, delivery address and email if you give one; what you ordered or brought in for repair; and payment references such as an M-Pesa code. We do not store card numbers.
Why we collect it
To confirm and deliver orders, to book and return repairs, to send you a warranty record, and to contact you about the order or repair on WhatsApp. We do not sell or share your details with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel.
How long we keep it
Order and repair records for seven years for tax purposes. Marketing messages only if you asked for them, and you can stop them by replying STOP.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your basket, to remember you when you log in, and for anonymous visitor statistics. You can block them in your browser and the site still works.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing the workshop. We reply within seven days.
