You can return a product within seven days of collection or delivery if it is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Faulty products are handled under the warranty and can be returned at any time within the warranty period.
Change of mind
Seven days from the day you received it. The product must be unused, with all cables, chargers and boxes, and the seal on software or consumables unbroken. Delivery charges are not refunded.
Faulty on arrival
Tell us within forty-eight hours of receiving it and we collect it or swap it at the workshop the same day. You choose a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back the way you paid: to your M-Pesa number, in cash at the workshop, or to your PayPal account, within three working days of us receiving the product.
What cannot be returned
Special orders, software licences once activated, custom-built PCs, and parts fitted during a repair. Ex-stock items sold as-is are marked on the product page.
